A Story of Bridges Between Two Worlds
Born in Vietnam into a family rich in literature and entrepreneurship, I learned to see stories in people, ideas, and opportunities — and to connect them in meaningful ways. With a background in linguistics from Hanoi, I’ve always been drawn to the art of understanding across cultures.

A chance encounter in 2011 with a Norwegian company director in Malaysia opened a new path: connecting Nordic innovation with Vietnamese expertise in nutraceuticals. That first collaboration became the foundation for a journey of building cross-border partnerships that last.
Now based in Oslo, I travel frequently between Norway and Vietnam, helping businesses in nutraceuticals, food ingredients, agri-tech, and aquaculture find the right partners and grow sustainably. Through Sollheim, and together with my dedicated team in Vietnam, I bridge cultures, knowledge, and markets — turning ideas into lasting collaborations and meaningful impact.
